Feb 20 - March 2 | Opening Friday Feb 27 | 5pm

The exhibition of eight continuing students from the University’s photography program shows a selection of work from Harley Caldwell, Jinae Connell, Judd Dean, Katrina Doolan, Keisha Doyle, Bree Robbins, Adam Telford and Matthew Turner. Demonstrating the great range of work produced by the local students, the show introduces these emerging photographers to the community and allows them to gain important exposure and exhibition experience.

A public opening reception will be held during 'O' day celebrations to welcome commencing students and introduce them to Mildura's lively arts community.

Wallflower Structure Reshuffle & Curatorial Advisory Group | Katrin Koenning & Paul Batt

Wallflower Photomedia Gallery is thrilled to announce the establishment of a curatorial advisory group as part of our structural change for the 2014 year. Paul Batt and Katrin Koenning will be joining the WPG family, bringing to the gallery their particular specialties, experience and knowledge. Their ideas will be key contributions to the program through discussion and decisions on the correct course of the exhibition schedule and satellite projects including extended engagement through interviews and public programs. In addition to these activities, both advisors will also be curating a project within the 2014/2015 calendar.

Our 2012/2013 curator Kristian Häggblom will be moving to a directorial role and the assistant curator for the 2013 program, Moana Kidd, will be taking on the role under the newly appointed advisory team.
